I created this site as a place to share my thoughts on stories, which I’ve been creating and experiencing for most of my life, and mindfulness, which I’ve been practicing since 2021. I’m interested in the intersection of the two and in particular how my mindfulness practice reinvigorated my writing, taking my focus off of the goal of creating finished work and allowing me to enjoy the pleasures of the process of writing. If you’re interested in hearing more about that, I’ll be writing about it here.
